However, anybody can edit almost any page on Wikipedia, and while it’s not a criminal act to vandalise the site, it is against its terms of use to vandalise or otherwise cause disruption.
Repeat vandals are blocked from editing, and may also be further banned according to Wikipedia’s terms of use.
